Our quality system matches the speed and accuracy of our well-oiled production machine. We are ISO9001 and AS9100 certified and located in a 2,600 sq. ft. climate controlled room. At the heart of our quality department is a (4′ x 8′) 5 axis Mitutoyo CMM, two smaller Cordax CMMs and the latest in CNC microscope measuring technology.

Our quality department is dedicated to continuous improvement through 5s which has brought our rejection rate down to near perfection. We routinely receive the highest quality rankings from our customers which we take very seriously and work hard to achieve.

We also provide inspection as a service to our customers. We can perform a complete 100% inspection of a production lot or just check a few critical features on a new or worn part.
